Duccio Maria Gambi

Trained between the Radical Design environment during his design studies , Duccio Maria Gambi approaches design from a variety of directions defining his practice across the wide edge between art and design. In his projects for Galleries and private commissions he maintains a research-storytelling approach where every work stands as a momentary reflection in an endless research on structures, materials, processes, time, which he carries on in his actual atelier and studio in his hometown Florence. Big part of his works revolves around stone, concrete and the creation of value with poor materials through the artistic intervention. He designed the IGOR collection for TOOY.
